We want you to love your wildlife kit. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

We ask that you try your product for at least 14 days before deciding to return it. Nature takes time, and your bee home or wildflower mix might need a bit of patience to show results.

To request a return, just email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with next steps.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged (for example, broken or cracked), please email us within  with a clear photo. We’ll send a replacement if needed, free of charge.

Please note: Minor imperfections in packaging or materials (like natural wood markings) are part of the charm of small-batch handmade products and not considered defects.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem — just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or update it. After that, it may already be in production or on its way.

Shipping Issues

We do our best to pack and ship quickly, but delivery times are outside our control once the parcel is with the courier. We are not responsible for delays, missing parcels, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
